Over the past few decades, a change in our thinking has gradually formed regarding how we as humans interact with nature. We have become increasingly aware that it is our responsibility to keep this planet livable. This often manifests itself in a healthier lifestyle in which we also try to pay more attention to our diet, for example.
In stark contrast to these shifts, however, we live in a society characterized by activity and haste. Especially people living in cities notice this daily, and some of them have almost no contact with nature anymore due to all the (work) hustle and bustle and the location of their residence. Maybe you also live in a city and this story sounds familiar to you? Every day you move from home to work and vice versa, maybe even dreaming of a week off to take yourself away from all the hustle and bustle or to be able to take some time for a relaxing walk in nature.
Only it just doesn’t get there….
Nature at the office
You’re far from the only one who dreams of a moment of retreat. But unfortunately, it’s usually not always possible to retreat into nature. Perhaps, however, nature can somehow be brought to your office environment. Some creative people were looking for a solution, and found it in developing a so-called green wall.
“A what?” you may be thinking. A “green wall” has nothing at all to do with painting an office wall green. The term refers to the placement of a sort of miniature version of nature within small spaces, but vertically on a wall. Space in homes and offices is often quite limited. Both homes and office buildings are crowded and not too spacious. This makes placing greenery difficult. However, by offering the option to grow plants not horizontally, but vertically, this problem is solved in one fell swoop.

Gone gray spaces, long live green wall
Average office spaces could use some color and freshness. However, due to lack of space, it is not always possible to place plants. Thanks to the installation of a green wall, you can instantly brighten up any space with beautiful looking green plants.
