Any Green is a growing company that has been specialized in the rental, sale and maintenance of interior plants in companies and government institutions for more than 25 years. To support the growth of our organization, we are looking for a Sales Employee (Account Manager)

Job description:

As an Account Manager for interior landscaping, you are responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, maintaining existing customer relationships and promoting the sale of interior landscaping solutions.

You ensure the growth of the customer portfolio and contribute to the success of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
2. Prospecting: Identify potential customers and market opportunities, conduct market research and develop a strategy to acquire new customers.
3. Sales cycle: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and presentations to quotes and contract negotiations.
4. Product knowledge: Become an expert in interior landscaping and the associated pots, understand the different plant species and maintenance needs to advise customers.
5. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by proactively listening to customer feedback and addressing any concerns.
6. Sales Objectives: Strive to achieve individual and team sales objectives to drive company sales and growth.
7. Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as delivery team and maintenance team to ensure projects are implemented successfully.

Requirements:

1. Positive attitude, appearance.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design industry is a plus.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
5. Knowledge of interior landscaping and green design is a plus.
6. Result-oriented and able to achieve targets.
7. Passion for plants and their well-being is a plus.
