Any Green is a growing company, specialized for over 25 years in the rental, sale, and maintenance of interior plants in businesses and public institutions. To support the growth of our organization, we are looking for a Logistics Support Employee - Interior Plants.

Job Description:

As a Logistics Support Employee, you are responsible for supporting the logistics department in planning and monitoring the delivery team and maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning: Assist in planning deliveries and maintenance visits to customer locations.
  2. Team Coordination: Collaborate with the delivery team and maintenance team to coordinate tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  3. Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of interior plants, associated pots, and supplies, and order new materials as needed.
  4. Monitoring: Check the progress of deliveries and maintenance activities, make adjustments as needed, and report to management.
  5. Customer Interaction: Regularly communicate with customers to schedule deliveries and maintenance visits and address any questions or concerns.
  6. Team Interaction: Continuously communicate with the departments and colleagues in the company: plant technicians, delivery colleagues, administration.
  7. Quality Control: Ensure that interior plants and materials are in excellent condition and meet the company's quality standards.
  8. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining documentation and processing orders.

Requirements:

  1. At least a high school diploma.
  2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers and teams.
  4. Basic knowledge of logistics is a plus.
  5. Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  6. Stress resistance and the ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
  7. Driver's license B.
